The 7th harbor cultural entertainment development is on track to begin construction in the summer of 2007. Located on the palisadoes peninsula, Jamaica it has been envisioned as the gateway to the Kingston Metropolitan Area. A Business plan and project design document will soon be available for potential investors and buyers.
